All Legal Tender Production's (L.T.P.) images are the sole and exclusive property of L.T.P. which holds a registered copyright to each and every photograph emanating from its data bases, plus all WMVs, MP4s, DVDs, MP3s and video tapes.

All rights are reserved and unauthorized duplication or usage in whole or in part is a direct violation of applicable copyright laws. Image alteration is also a direct violation of United States copyright laws. Fraudulent copyright notices and/or the removal of an L.T. P. copyright notice are criminal offenses 17 U.S.C. § 506

Any person or entity who obtains or has custody and/or control of any copyrighted L.T.P. material consents to the personal jurisdiction of California as the forum to resolve any & all disputes that may arise between L.T.P. and any such person or entity.

The posting of copyrighted L.T.P. images to the News Groups is illegal. L.T.P. will prosecute violators and seek damages to the statutory maximum of $150,000 per image 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)(2)
